Current first-party material identifies Finst B.V., its Amsterdam registration, and AFM crypto-asset service provider authorization number 41000015. Finst acquired strategic assets from Anycoin Direct and received migrated customers, but the existing Anycoin Direct events already document that transition. BX38 keeps it event-only and does not add a canonical predecessor edge under the frozen A3/A4 lineage contract.
