Bitonic B.V. operates the current MiCAR-authorized platform. BL3P closed in December 2024 and transferred remaining balances to Bitonic, but HEI keeps that transition in BL3P's existing events and evidence rather than adding new canonical lineage fields outside the frozen lineage-application contract. Bitonic's company history gives a 2012 founding date, but launch_date remains null because the current exchange-service surface evolved across instant purchase, BL3P, custody, and account products.
