Pionex.US first-party help material describes Webot as the official brand upgrade of Pionex.US and documents continuity of credentials, funds, positions, trading history and referral codes. HEI does not set predecessor_id to the global Pionex entity hei_ex_000092 because the global Pionex exchange continues to operate and Pionex.US was a regional service surface rather than the terminal identity of the global exchange. Current US services identify Pionex Inc. of Delaware as the Webot operator; current EU services identify Pionew Ireland Limited trading as Webot. These regional operating entities remain one Webot exchange identity rather than count-inflating separate exchange records.
