Record note
ASIC states that ACCE Australia Pty Ltd operated the Mine Digital digital-asset exchange between May 2019 and September 2022. The Australian Business Register records Mine Digital as ACCE Australia's business name from 2019-05-27, but that registration date is not treated as an exact public exchange launch date. HEI therefore leaves launch_date null. ACCE entered administration on 2022-09-23 and a liquidator was appointed on 2022-12-01; HEI uses the administration date as the terminal insolvency marker while not claiming it was the exact last trading timestamp. AUSTRAC later cancelled ACCE Australia's digital-currency-exchange registration on 2023-07-10. Mine Digital acquired GBX in January 2021, but no predecessor/successor lineage edge is created because the GBX brand and platform were closed rather than continued as the same exchange identity. ASIC's fraud charge against the former CEO is an allegation against an individual transaction and is not converted into a scam_rug classification for the exchange entity.
