Reviewed first-party IDCM material describes the exchange as a five-year platform and places its exchange-alliance activity in 2017; HEI therefore normalizes the year-level launch to 2017-01-01. A Klickl-sourced 2022-05-13 company update records the IDCM-to-Klickl rebrand, and the former IDCM blog states that the main domain changed from idcm.io to klickl.com while exchange functionality continued under the new brand. HEI treats the IDCM identity as rebranded rather than dead or voluntarily shut down and links it to the separately reviewed active Klickl successor record.
