The exchange business is distinct from the continuing Globitex Holding group. First-party material says the company shifted its primary platform branding toward Nexpay while explicitly retaining the Globitex exchange without interruption; later group materials center Nexpay and Nexdesk. Current third-party exchange tracking is untracked/inactive and an independently maintained Nexpay API client states that exchange trading methods became unavailable after the exchange was discontinued. No reliable first-party shutdown notice or exact discontinuation date was recovered, so HEI does not assign a death date or death reason. The 2017 launch marker is year-level normalization of public exchange operation and does not equate the exchange launch with the group's earlier 2015 founding history. The current `globitex.io` site is not treated as continuity of the historical `globitex.com` venue because no reviewed lineage evidence connects them.
