FISCO first-party releases establish an exact 2016-08-29 exchange-operation start and an exact 2020-02-12 integration into Zaif. The September 2020 operating-company rename to Zaif Inc. is later corporate history and is not used as the exchange terminal date. Zaif itself pre-existed and continued, so HEI records this as a one-way terminal successor relationship rather than forcing Fisco Cryptocurrency Exchange as Zaif's sole predecessor.
