An operator-controlled Bitcointalk announcement from 2018 identifies ExtStock and extstock.com. CoinMarketCap describes ExtStock as a UK-based centralized exchange launched in February 2018 and currently leaves its volume untracked while noting reports of impeded withdrawals. Cryptowisser currently flags ExtStock inactive and records multiple withdrawal-failure reports from May 2020. The present extstock.com site still exposes legacy exchange API documentation, but that documentation alone does not establish current operational exchange activity. HEI therefore records inactive status without assigning scam_rug, insolvency, or an exact shutdown date.
