Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority lists CoinMENA FZE under reference VL/23/09/001 with an active broker-dealer licence for institutional, qualified, and retail investors. VARA issued a notice of fines on 2026-06-22 concerning AML programme control failures and a remediation plan; the same regulator continued to list the licence as active, so the entity remains active and the enforcement action is recorded separately.
