HEI keeps BitcoinTrade as a historical predecessor entity rather than merging its entire lifetime into Ripio. The old domain now serves Ripio-branded trading content. The active successor is represented by the existing Ripio entity `hei_ex_000055`; this record's terminal state is rebrand rather than acquisition because the BitcoinTrade name continued for more than two years after the January 2021 purchase.
